In-Home Rehabilitation Grant Program

The MSA provides a limited number of in-home rehabilitation grants on a yearly basis up to $800/per person. Criteria for participation includes:

• Must be a resident of King County
• Must have MS
• Must be home bound
• Doctor's recommendation required
• Do not have insurance coverage for in-home therapy
• Limited financial resources
